LogPill is a medication tracking and reminder application. The app allows you to record medications, set dose reminders, track adherence, view analytics, and receive safety alerts. LogPill stores all data locally on your device.

3. Medical Disclaimer

LogPill is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is intended solely as an organizational tool for medication tracking. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the app. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of LogPill, you are responsible for:

  • Verifying all dosage information with your healthcare provider.
  • Not relying solely on the app for medication safety decisions.
  • Keeping your device secure to protect your health data.
  • Using the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogPill and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes, without limitation, damages for missed doses, incorrect dosage information, medication errors, or any health-related outcomes. The app is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LogPill, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of LogPill and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
